About the wine
Féchy wines develop in two stages. In their earliest youth, the fruity aromas are very discreet. After a few months, they unfold and form a perfect balance with the taste of their calcareous terroir.

Brilliant yellow with greenish reflections. Typical Chasselas bouquet of white flowers, purples and citrus. Fresh and racy palate.
Culinary recommendation
An ideal and popular aperitif wine. It's almost like eating freshwater fish, hors d'oeuvres, cheesecakes or ham croissants.
Vinification
The expansion took place in steel tanks.
