Tasting note
Appearance: Clean, light, medium-deep robe, picota cherry red to maroon color. Smell: Good strength. Pleasant with notes of red fruits, slightly aged, sweet note due to barrel aging. Taste: Balanced. Fresh and elegant, fine tannin, pleasant on the palate. Medium-long, pleasant, with traces of slightly ripened fruit.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled or fried potatoes, mushrooms or ham. Some tasty or high-fat fish, such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheeses and berry dessert. rice and all types of pasta.
