Tasting note
The color is a rich cherry red. The wide bouquet has good intensity and combines notes of blackberries and plums with a mineral component. On the palate, full-bodied with plenty of extract, on lively, well-integrated tannin. A tasty wine, harmonious and long-lasting in the finish and aftertaste.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in large steel tanks, during which contact with mash takes around three weeks. The wine is finally aged in barriques for one year, 70% of which are in second and third vintages, 30% new ones.
