Tasting note
Deep ruby red with nuances of black plum. The aromas are deep and complex: ripe fruit, raisins, blackberries, sour cherries, and cinnamon with a touch of vanilla and dark chocolate. The palate shows a strong touch of cocoa powder, with notes of jammy blackcurrant and hints of mocha espresso and caramel toffee. Powdery tannins frame the perfect acidity, which gives the wine a long texture on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game, red meat and aged cheese. Even as an accompaniment to long discussions.

In steel tanks for 6 months and refining in an American wooden barrel for 18 months
