About the wine
The Moretti family has been growing grapes since 1957, but it wasn't until 1998 that the first wine was bottled under their own label.

Tasting note
Crystal clear yellow, floral on the nose and a hint of citrus followed by delicate aromas of vanilla and cinnamon. Good structure, fine tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish soup, fried white meat.
Vinification
Fermentation and maceration at controlled temperatures, partly in oval cement containers and partly in small barrels for around 20 days. The aging takes place partly in small barrels for at least 6 months, aging in bottles for a further 6 months
