Tasting note
Thanks to its taut and mineral nature, the Fabulous Branco is a good example of Niepoort's philosophy. It is fresh, with aromas of herbs and citrus fruits. Despite his youth, he suggests great potential. A wine full of finesse and elegance with an electrifying finish that won't let you go.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, barbecues, veal.
Vinification
The grapes are transported chilled to Quinta de Nápoles, where they are carefully selected and finally pressed. Spontaneous fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on fine lees for six months.
