Tasting note
Color: Iridescent ruby red with purple shimmer Aromatics: Intense, complex aroma experience of dried fruits, figs and plums, distinctive barrique notes, coffee, brioche, tobacco, vanilla, with delicate, spicy notes at the end. Body: The pleasant, very long start is velvety full-bodied followed by fine-grained tannins and a sumptuous vanilla note, long aftertaste and seductive sweet extract. Quality: A generational wine with potential carafing promotes finesse.

Goes well with game seasoned with sambal oelek, grilled meat, hard cheese.
