Tasting note
Ruby red color, the nose shows a lot of aroma of dark fruits, which is combined with some spice. The body is very structured with wonderful palate fullness. The tannins are soft and round, with the wine ending with a medium finish. It is a wine that combines power and elegance.
Vinification
Fermentation and aging in steel tanks. The maceration on the skins takes 7 days for Lacrima, 10-12 days for Sangiovese and 15 days for Montepulciano.
