About the wine
The winemaker from the French winery Duval-Leroy greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Champagne countryside. Tasting note
Bright golden yellow with silver shimmer and fine perlage. Complex aromas of white flowers, notes of hawthorn, honeysuckle and lemon tree, followed by almond tones, toast bread aromas and a subtle hint of red fruit. The start is delicate and lively, followed by an increasingly fruity and elegant taste development. Of incredible length and depth!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood or sushi, young Parmesan cheese, Pata Negra ham.
