About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Giovanni Rosso has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the sunny and blooming landscape of Piedmont. We have a special, strong Nerello from 2016 for you, which will inspire many wine connoisseurs. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Nerello with Sicilian pasta dishes or beef goulash.

Tasting note
Etna Rosso is a red wine with a fine and intense aroma. Notes of blood orange, violet, bergamot and notes of white pepper. The taste is rich, with delicate tannins and lively acidity. Pleasant and distinctive aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent accompaniment to meat dishes, roasts, game and mature cheeses.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first half of October. Fermentation takes about 10 days with daily recirculation. The vinification takes place in a chrome steel tank. Aging using French oak barrels of various sizes.
