Tasting note
Brilliant ruby red, the wide bouquet opens with increasing contact with air. In addition to the mineral component, floral notes (violets) also come into play. Fresh and crunchy on the palate, with bright fruit and good persistence. Straightforward, harmoniously integrated tannin.

Vinification
The vineyards are located about 700 meters above sea level. The vinification takes place in steel tanks, and the wine is then aged for 12 months in 500-liter chestnut wood barrels.
