Tasting note
Etna Bianco is a white wine with an intense and harmonious scent, with notes of broom and citrus fruits with yellow skin. The taste is full and intense. Very fresh and persistent.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent accompaniment to fish dishes, such as risotto with seafood, frittura di pesce or sea bream in salt crust.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first half of October. The fermentation takes approximately 15 days and is accelerated by a slight maceration of the grape skins for a few hours. Ageing in chrome steel tanks on fine yeasts 5 months before bottling.
