About the wine
This dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 — Etico IGT crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Aione masters this red wine in the blooming and fertile landscape of Tuscany. The Flaschenpost team guarantees a culinary experience when you offer this Cabernet Sauvignon with Gruyère burgers or ribeye steak.
Tasting note
Southwest facing, optimal sun exposure and aeration. 6000 plants/ha. Strong structure, dark concentrated color, roasted aromas with well-integrated fruit. Blend of approx. 75% Merlot, accompanied by Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Maturation for approx. 12 months in 300 lt. barriques.

Goes well with grilled meats, stews, aged cheeses, red meats, game and roasts.
