Tasting note
This red wine from warm Portugal has fine aromas of leather and cooked fruit, such as berry liqueur. The start is soft and immediately announces a fruity wine that is reminiscent of dried plums, wild berries, black currants and cherries. The tannins are well integrated and give this wine a velvety texture that lasts right into the finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with vegetable casseroles, pinchos, sliced beef and roast pork.
