Tasting note
The nose reveals spicy notes of garrigue (thyme, sage, rosemary) and aromas of red fruits. The fruity start, the velvety tannin structure and the consistent aroma reveal an exciting, balanced and delicate sensory experience on the palate. The finale is straight, fruity and has a certain bite.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game, cheese platters, lamb and beef.

One third aged in barriques (French oak) for 12 months, the rest aged in tanks
