Tasting note
A medium-strength wine with rich, red-fruit aromas. This is accompanied by notes of black tea. That is Pinot in perfection, or as Bass Phillip writes: “A very pure expression of Pinot Noir.”

Vinification
Pure Pinot Noir. This wine comes from old, low-yielding vines. After fermentation, it matures in new and old French barriques for 4 months and is bottled without filtration and refinement.
