Tasting note
Light straw The nose expresses aromas of lime, nectarine, passion fruit and peach with a hint of caramel. These aromas continue on a harmoniously balanced palate that lingers in the aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
In the glass, the Chardonnay is pale straw gold. On the nose, aromas of lime, nectarine, passion fruit and peach develop, complemented by subtle notes of butterscotch. On the palate, it is creamy with harmonious wood integration and an elegant, persistent finish.
Vinification
The Chardonnay grapes come from calcareous soils, which give the wine its characteristic minerality. After cold maceration, the must was fermented in 500-liter French oak barrels and then aged on fine lees for seven months.
