About the wine
The Bairrada region is perfect for producing sparkling wines. The reason for this is the calcareous soils and the naturally high acidity of the Bical, Cercial and Maria Gomes grape varieties that are common here.

Tasting note
The glass is light citrus yellow with a fine perlage. Complex and fresh aromas with lemon zest, green apple and fine notes of almond pastry. Fresh on the palate with distinctive acidity and elegant mousse.
Vinification
The vinification is carried out using the traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottle. The wine ages on lees for 36 months.
