Tasting note
Deep red color with bright reflections. On the nose, complex aromas of truffles, black chocolate and pepper. Very fruity on the palate with a fleshy body that almost never ends. Long aftertaste.

Vinification
Ageing: Each grape variety ferments separately and matures for 15 months in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels. To ensure the quality of the wine, only a small amount of stabilization and filtration is carried out. This creates small sediment deposits — proof of the valuable manual work.
