About the wine
On the nose, it is reminiscent of cherries, blackberries, vanilla and has a pleasant spicy note. On the palate, it appears fruity, soft and well-structured. The finish is pleasantly medium in length.

Vinification
Grapes picked by hand are fermented in a temperature-controlled manner. Ageing takes place in used French oak barrels for between 4-6 months to avoid an overly dominant roasting aroma. The wine then matures for one year
