About the wine

Tasting note
Yellow color with greenish reflections, aromatic, complex and persistent scents. The taste is mushy and fragrant.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with antipasto and aperitif.
Vinification
Quick transport of the hand-picked and selected grapes to the cellar, gentle pressing and subsequent clarification of the must at a controlled temperature. Fermentation and aging in barriques for nine months, aging in bottles for around ninety days.
