About the wine
New Age wines are produced by Bodegas Valentin Bianchi, a fourth-generation family winery founded in 1928. After nearly a century of hard work and success, the winery still exudes the family's heritage, trying to keep their passion for wine alive and constantly explore new horizons. This iconic wine pays homage to Don Enzo Bianchi, who was the mentor of Bodegas Bianchi for over 50 years. This wine is based on Cabernet Sauvignon with the ripe and spicy expression that this grape variety achieves on the stony soils of San Rafael.

Tasting note
Bright ruby red and subtle orange reflections characterize the wine glass. Cassis aromas, as well as cherries, plums and with a slight touch of chocolate, are revealed by this excellent Argentinian. Peppery and floral notes round it off in addition. The robust body and strong personality make him complex and unique.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meats, game and roasts with dark sauces.
Vinification
All grapes for “Enzo” are harvested by hand. Through further selection, only the best berries are selected for this complex wine. The wine ages in new French and American oak barrels for 21 months.
