About the wine
The wine-growing regions of the Spanish winery Finca Constancia extend across the Meseta countryside, where the experienced winemaker produces this red wine. Tasting note
The nose reveals a complex palette characterized by dark berries such as cassis. In addition, the aroma spectrum is underpinned with fine notes of white tobacco and roasted aromas, with the aromas harmoniously interacting with each other. On the palate, the impressions from the nose are confirmed. The wine has a powerful start with well-integrated tannins. In particular, it impresses with a density on the palate that is in an exciting balance with fruitiness. A long-lasting aftertaste makes this organic wine a lasting pleasure experience.

Goes well with mushroom starters, game, lamb, Zurich-style sliced meat, wild ragout, lamb stew, lamb appetizers.
