Tasting note
Cherry red with purple reflections. Fruity and floral on the nose, aromas of rose petals. Gentle and elegant, with great complexity. Red fruit aromas and balsamic notes from the Sierra de la Pila. Reminiscent of roasted caramel and alcohol-filled chocolate. Fresh on the palate, delicious, pure grape juice with a Mediterranean influence.
Vinification
4 months in French foudres (large wooden barrels).
