Tasting note
Intense ruby red with purple and purple reflections. Nice scent with hints of ripe red fruit, intense vanilla notes and roasted aromas. On the palate, full-bodied, elegant and well-structured. On the finish, a lasting taste of plums. An ideal wine for barrique lovers.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with fried meat, pot roast, game and mature cheese, as well as an ideal meditation wine.
Vinification
Aging for about one year in new barriques, then in the bottle for at least 7 months.
