This limited edition, created by César Martí, is a 10-year old Cuban rum (age of the youngest distillates), made from 80% Aguardientes, the most aromatic distillates on the island, distilled at 75% vol. and aged in white oak barrels where whiskey was previously stored. These aguardientes, whose proportion here is the highest of all Cuban rums, are blended with light Cuban rum, distilled at 95% vol., to give liveliness. The special thing about this Edition N°2 lies in its four-month refinement in Sauternes barrels, which gives complexity and balance with notes of honey, candied fruit and fine spices. Made from recyclable materials, just like its packaging, the bottle is characterized by its unique design, which is reminiscent of the scales of the crocodile, the island's emblematic animal.
