Tasting note
The Elixir de Provence Rosé from Maîtres Vignerons de la presque'île de Saint-Tropez takes us to the Côte d'Azur in no time at all. Its fine aroma on the nose, which is reminiscent of lychee and mango, is indicative of the skill of the winemakers from Provence - it is not without reason that their creations are among the best rosés in the world. On the palate, subtle sweet floral notes are added and end in a long, balanced finish. A light drinking experience true to the motto “joie de vivre”.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with sushi, seafood, grilled vegetables, shrimp and vegetable risotto.
