Tasting note
Elisabeth lost her life in the corona year 2020. This spontaneously fermented Mutage de Banyuls from Grenache gris was stopped after 3 days of fermentation with 96° wine alcohol and then matured for 8 months in the absence of air. Now you have to go behind your tarte tatin with white peaches and Elisabeth will dream that she will also get a sip of this wonderful sweet wine.
