About the wine
Delights with intense aromas of ripe cherries, dark berries and delicate spicy notes. Soft, round and balanced on the palate with a long, harmonious finish. Ideal with pasta with ragù, grilled meat or aged cheese.

Tasting note
The nose shows a wide range of aromas of ripe figs, raspberries and some blackberry jam. On the palate, Elio delights with its finesse and full-bodied texture, which allows wine to flow over the tongue. Long-lasting and with a great aromatic aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with roasts, game dishes and cheese.
Vinification
Elio is a wine made from a selection of the best Corvina and Merlot grapes, which are carefully air-dried over a long period of time in drying rooms. It is then aged in French barriques for almost three years.
