About the wine
The unconditional quality orientation to bring quality to perfection is noticeable in the Elegia. The result is terrific! What makes him so special? The grapes come from vines, some of which are very old, and are processed gently and with the greatest care. Twelve months of aging in French oak barrels bring complexity and finesse. The Elegia Primitivo di Manduria Riserva DOP's refreshing bouquet of black plum, apricot and anise plays virtuously with your sense of smell. Afterwards, refreshing nuances of raspberry, black cherry and blueberry will decisively and consciously convince your taste buds. A red wine with a medium-bodied and distinctive acidity, which develops its complex structure pleasantly with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.
