Tasting note
Das verspielte Duftspektrum des El Velado, Holzkiste von schwarzer Kirsche, Schokolade und gekochter Brombeere zeigt komplexen Aromacharakter und viel Finesse. Die frischen Nuancen von Backpflaume, Gewürznelke und Marmelade gestalten ihre individuelle Textur. Ein fruchtiger Rotwein mit kräftigem Körper und frischer Säure, welcher angenehm mit fein ausgebauten Tanninen auf Zunge und im Gaumen seine vielschichtige Struktur entfaltet.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: El Velado, Holzkiste passt bestens zu Lasagne, rotem Fleisch und Polenta. Unsere Empfehlung: Die ideale Trinktemperatur für den Bio-Rotwein liegt bei leicht gekühlten 16°-18°C.
