About the wine
With the powerful Verdejo 2015 — El Transistor Blanco, you can offer your family and friends something very special. Picturesque and magnificent landscapes of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon) give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Telmo Rodriguez conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this verdejo with fish dishes or vegetable rice.

Tasting note
Bright yellow with green veil. In the nose, delicate wood, fresh lime, lemongrass, green pear, melon and almond. On the palate, bitter almond, lemongrass, net melon, peach, apple combined with beautiful minerality. Fruity, fresh, lingering aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, fish and paella.
Vinification
Vinified with local yeasts in concrete, wooden barrels and foudres of various sizes and aged for six to seven months.
