Tasting note
An elegant and refined wine with depth, full of subtleties and surprises. Initially, it has a distinctive fruity and floral character, which gradually leads to more complex aromas, velvety, toasty and mineral aromas. A full-bodied wine with a delicate tannin that delights. Only 300 bottles of this efficiency were filled.

Vinification
Aged for 22 months in French oak barrels. The wine has not been filtered, which can cause deposits to form over time.
