Tasting note
The deep cherry-red Rioja delights with a strong fruit aroma of black fruits, cherries, some wild raspberries and well-integrated wood notes. It is extremely juicy, harmonious, with lots of texture and pleasant freshness. A Rioja that not only shines with a very good price-performance ratio but is also a wonderful accompaniment to a wide variety of dishes.

Vinification
The grapes for El Primavera come from 10-year-old vines. After careful handpicking, the grapes are fermented in steel tanks at cool temperatures. This is to preserve as much fruit aroma as possible. The wine is then aged in French and American oak barrels for about 5 months.
