Tasting note
This Tempranillo seduces the nose with fine, fruity aromas of sour cherries, red wild berries and delicate herbal and spicy notes. On the palate, there is a pleasant freshness, accompanied by velvety tannins and a medium-bodied body. The wine remains fine and elegant and ends with a long finish.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the grapes are fermented in steel tanks and then aged in 3,000 liter oak barrels for eleven months.
