About the wine
Graceful landscapes in Levante give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Les Vins Bonhomme conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
Monastrell and Syrah were aged in French barriques, and Garnacha in American oak barrels. The nose shows aromas of dark berries, cherry compote and plums, clearly underlined with spicy notes of dried herbs, some pepper and dark chocolate. Juicy on the palate, drinky, with fine tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Spanish rice dishes, sausages and meat from the grill or even from the oven, such as rabbit with herbs and olives or kids with potatoes and onions.
