About the wine
With the provocative Grenache 2019 — El Miron del Humilladero Rjoja DOCa, you can offer your family and friends something very special. Picturesque and enchanting landscapes of the Upper Ebro give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Paco Garcia conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
On the nose, complex bouquet with a slightly spicy note, fruity and mineral. On the palate, aromas of ripe fruit, reminiscent of truffles, balanced and velvety wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with dark, well-seasoned meats such as a fine piece of beef, pasta dishes and aged cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested manually in 10 kilo boxes. Each grape is carefully selected and destemmed by hand, berry by berry. The vinification takes place in small containers and is monitored daily. The wine ages in oak barrels for around 6 months to give it roundness, but without masking the unique character of the Garnacha grape. The result is a wine that focuses on the quality of the grapes and the care of craftsmanship.
