Not a long story so far, but the three young wine freaks and experts Fernando García (Bodegas Marañones), Daniel G. Jiménez Landi (Bodegas Jiménez Landi) and Marc Isart (Bodegas Bernaveleva) are all the more successful and dynamic with their Comando G project since 2008. G Garnacha should be, just Garnacha, great and independent. To this day, the three cultivate only a few plots of old Garnacha vines from the Sierra de Gredos according to biodynamic principles; only the terroir counts here. Commado G stands for fascinatingly unique wines, sometimes full of expressive charm, sometimes with the character of a lone wolf, wines that tell incredible stories. Only available in homeopathic quantities and yet everyone is talking about it.
