Light gold, great freshness, notes of bitter almonds on the nose, spicy, nutty, vegetable on the palate with a finish reminiscent of marzipan. The Bodega Inocente was built at the time of the Reconquest in the 16th century. The chalk soils characterize this wine from Macharnudo-Baja, the district north of Jerez. (ageing in American oak for 8 years)
