Color: Iridescent, very bright lemon yellow with fine green reflections. Aromatics: Intense nose, fresh aromas of green apple and peach alternating with exotic nuances of banana, spicy, peppery accent, subtle vegetal. Body: Fresh, very long start, medium-bodied and present fruit aromas on the palate, indicated minerality, fine-tart finish.
