Obtained from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which are cultivated with reduced production on our vineyards in Ciró. Careful vinification with cryo-maceration and aging in barriques makes Ehos a modern and elegant one. A very versatile wine combined with Mediterranean cuisine. Serving temperature: 18-20°C
