Tasting note
Brilliant ruby red with a delicate bluish tinge, which indicates remarkable freshness and expression. On the nose, elegant notes of fine, well-integrated barrel aging, accompanied by clear cherry aromas, develop. Fluid and extremely fruity on the palate. A mineral-based, precisely integrated acid gives length and freshness, underlined by a fine shade of pine resin.
Culinary recommendation
Fondue bourguignonne, filet mignon with morels and a sausage platter.
Vinification
16 months in new (25%) and used (75%) French oak barrels.
