The old, local varieties are referred to as “autochthonous” or regionally typical vines. This rare assemblage of the “Tre Autoctoni” is therefore a special find. The independent grape varieties with complex characteristics weave together to create a unique wine.

Tasting note
Fruity bouquet with exotic notes of mango, papaya, lime and grapefruit paired with herbal aromas reminiscent of lemongrass, lemon balm, mint and green tea. Complex on the palate with a long-lasting aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with starters, especially with cheese and ham, soups, raw crustaceans and any fish dish.
Vinification
Pecorino in oak barrels, Fiano and Grillo in stainless steel tanks.
