Tasting note
This cult wine never fails to amaze with its beautiful fruit and unobtrusive sweetness, which seduces its audience time and time again. The perfect combination of the grape varieties Riesling Silvaner, Pinot Blanc and Muscat develops a refreshing aroma of peach, apple and grapefruit, accompanied by delicate notes of lemon and linden blossoms. A unique blend that gives pleasure right down to the last sip.

Vinification
In 2021, the company experienced a significant loss of earnings due to the many storms. In order to be able to offer customers their favorite products in the same high quality and quantity, it was decided to press the popular “Edelpfücker” this year with sun-ripened grapes from a friendly Italian winery. The wine is pressed and bottled in Switzerland as usual, and the characteristic fruity taste remains unchanged, of course.
