Tasting note
Color: Bright ruby red, medium density with garnet reflections, colortight. Aromatics: Pure, ripe, fruity bouquet, wild berries, warm, slightly roasted notes, vanilla, leather, liquorice, with an earthy counterpoint. Body: Long drink, present, fine acidity, earthy aromas, centered. Quality: Exquisite composition of autochthonous and international grape varieties.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Ossobucco, Piccata Milanese.
