Tasting note
The name “Due” stands for the two types of grapes, the two years of aging and the two fermentation processes. In other words, 1/3 of the grapes are dried and emptied together with the remaining must in a second fermentation. Garnet red, fine fruit aromas, including cherries, are evident on the nose. Floral on the palate, lots of wild berries and soft tannins.
