About the product
Poli Due Barili is particularly rich and soft in taste, thanks to the floral aroma of prosecco pomace and the distillery's underground cellars, which store around 4,000 225 liter oak barrels.

Tasting note
Its aroma is reminiscent of milk chocolate with raisins and roasted hazelnuts.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with dark chocolate, especially with 70% cocoa content, dried fruit, nuts and hard cheese. The elegance and depth of grappa can therefore be balanced with both sweet and savory aromas.
Vinification
Aged grappa aged for 2 years in French oak barrels and 2 years in sherry PX barrels, distilled with steam flow.
