About the wine
Patrick Chabrier, an independent winemaker from the south, cultivates his vineyards in the IGT Cévennes, AOP Duché d'Uzes and IGT Coteau Pont du Gard appellations. The grape varieties Merlot, Syrah, Grenache noir and Gris, Carignan, Cinsault, Pinot for the red and rosé wines. Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Muscat Petits Grains for the white wines are used to produce the wines. The terroirs are spread out in a mosaic of chalk limestone, pebbles, marl and rocky soils, which offer high potential for making wines.

Tasting note
Robe with anise reflections that bring with it a nose with aromas of orange blossom. In the mouth, a lovely liveliness with notes of ripe apricots, which ends in a rich and long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes great with scallops.
