About the wine
This organic Valpolicella is a light, lively red wine from the Veneto region of Italy. Made primarily from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes, it presents vivid aromas of red cherries, berries, and subtle herbs.
Tasting note
Ruby red color. On the nose, notes of white pepper with raspberries, cherries, strawberries. On the palate, it is fresh and pure, with delicate spicy notes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light dishes such as salads and fish. Also perfect with pasta, risotto and pizza
Vinification
Handpick. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25°C in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. Refinement in steel tanks and in bottles for approx. 6 months.
