Tasting note
The Drink Different is the result of a project between oenologists and winemaker from Cottinelli. A Grisons red wine made from various grape varieties in such a way that its refinement in small wooden barrels gives it structure and depth. Yet it remains a very attractive drinking wine whose woody notes are discreetly embedded in the fruit. A pleasant, carefree everyday wine that shines with a clear play of fruit and, thanks to its wide range of uses, is perfect for any occasion.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with capuns, venison dishes, red poultry, fried beef and roast veal.
Vinification
The grapes for this wine are carefully picked by hand and the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. It is then aged for twelve to fifteen months in small wooden barrels.
